Ensures correct customer forecast and order management in accordance with routines and within frames of customer agreements
Issues customer order acknowledgement accordance with routines and within frames of customer agreements
Sets and maintain MRP parameters in accordance with planning policies on parts assigned as planner
Provides shop order for manufacturing
Devises delivery instructions for dispatch of goods to customer
Collaborates with customer, KAM, procurement and manufacturing
Reports on assigned KPI’s
Participates in company projects and perform other relevant tasks delegated by management
Responsible for decisions according to Kitron´s Ethical Code of Conduct
Evaluates quality of own work carried out to comply with requirements according to procedures in the quality system
High School Diploma or GED
5 Years’ experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment
Proficiently skilled using MS Office
Skilled using personal computers and ERP software
Advanced effective verbal & written communication skills in English
