Location: Remote/Windber, Pennsylvania
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment
Acts as the main interface between the customer and Kitron
Sales and operational planning:
sales and budget forecasting,
analyze market data to provide management support to improve decisions.
Sales growth and profitability:
ensures market development according to plans,
ensures optimization of product portfolio,
ensures timely updates due to changes in market.
Customer service and satisfaction:
agrees to targets with customer and defines targets to team,
ensures performance metrics are met on main targets,
lead team to ensure targets are met,
ensures high customer satisfaction,
present results to customer team and management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to fulfill job requirements remotely
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (and other Microsoft products)
Ability to learn industry/company specific systems
