Business Development Manager (BDM)
The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth for Kitron Technologies.

Job Description:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the EMS space.
- Responsible for analyzing and understanding customers’ business strategies, future product plans, expansion activities to cultivate and capture new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Develop RFQ analysis and present formal proposals and presentations to customers
- Create pricing strategies and contracts in ways that are more creative than simply cost plus.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the EMS market.
- Research prospective customers and generate leads.
- Work with Key Account Managers and Planners to generate quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers.
- Execute growth strategy, pipeline development, and management for existing accounts.
- Facilitate meetings regarding accounts with customers and with internal team members.
- Establishes goals and budgets to increase market share and profitability for products and/or services.
- Achieve dynamic revenue growth through existing products and new product development efforts.
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors in the market.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on spending trends and budgets, newly developing markets, opportunities, and major programs/platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Microsoft Office.
- Ability to talk to potential customers confidently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the EMS industry and market trends
- Proven strategic planning experience.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years business development in Medical and Defense industries.
- Experience in high-tech applications; communications, industrial, medical, military, alternate energy market segments
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial attitude and outlook, strong work ethics with high level of integrity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What We offer:
- At Kitron, the salary range is $85,000-$125,000 plus commission; The provided salary range represents a broad spectrum and may not encompass every individual's compensation package. Final salary offers are determined by various factors including a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's qualifications, experience, market considerations, and alignment with our organization's needs.
