Job Description:

• Carry out basic day-to-day accounting needs
• Run reports as requested by the Finance Manager and Director 
• Month End Customer Statements
• Weekly Finance OPM (Operations Performance Metrics)
• Preparation and Posting of Journal Entries 
• Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Prepare for year-end audit
• Assist in month-end close process
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable 
  • AR - invoicing and recording of payments
  • Assist in the implementation of efficiency projects

• Recording of fixed assets 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel 
• Knowledge of ERP accounting systems 
• Ability to learn company software/systems
